On Friday, the 20th of September, it will be called for the 12th time: "O'zapft is'!". The once small Oktoberfest has become the largest of its kind in Saxony-Anhalt. On two consecutive weekends (20th - 21st & 27th - 28th of September) Bavarian flair is again promised at the Ochsenteich. The cult bands are responsible for the atmospheric program, which has already caused the huge marquee on the Ochsenteich to quake in previous years. Food and drink in the Bavarian style is also provided. On the menu are of course original white sausages from Munich, Leberkäs and Händl and of course Munich beer.
